TrueMaster

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TrueMaster. The service is provided by Truescape Oy, Stenstrandintie 20 B, 02420 Jorvas, Finland (Business ID 3016295-9). Support: support@truemaster.eu.

The service

TrueMaster is a browser-based SaaS product for sending hints and running escape room games. It is provided as available through the website.

Account and licence

Registration creates an operator login. The subscription includes 20 games with no venue restrictions. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for who uses them. You may not attempt to access another customer’s data.

Trial and subscription

A new location gets a 30-day trial. After that, games open with a 12-month subscription. Each new payment adds 12 months. Truescape Oy may grant separate access to its own venues.

Price and payment

The net price is shown on the site. In Finland VAT 25.5% is added. A business in another EU country with a valid EU VAT number pays the net price (reverse charge). Outside the EU the price is VAT 0. Purchases in Finland always include VAT. EU VAT numbers are checked in the VIES registry. Larger game counts are agreed separately. Payment is made with PayPal. Access activates once payment is confirmed. Fees for unused time are not refunded unless mandatory law requires it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for content sent into rooms (text, image, audio, video) and for lawful use. The service may not be used to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available through a game master’s shift. Uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network issues, and third parties such as PayPal can affect use.

Intellectual property

The TrueMaster software, look, and trade marks belong to Truescape Oy. You receive a limited right to use the service during an active subscription. Game content you upload remains yours.

Limitation of liability

TrueMaster is a tool for the game master. Truescape Oy is not liable for a lost game, ticket revenue, or indirect loss. Liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the previous 12 months, to the extent mandatory law allows.

End of the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. When a trial or subscription ends, game control locks until you renew. Truescape Oy may close an account if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update the terms and the product. Material changes will be noted on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes should be settled by negotiation. If that fails, they will be heard by the courts of Finland.
